There is some good activity in FW battles, but too many are an all out redline for one side This ruins the fun of FW battles, and kills any point to taking planets for your chosen faction
So I propose a list of bonuses that will apply to mercs/squads searching for FW Where player being loyalists recieve specific bonus/reward for successful attack/defence ^^ To sign up as a Loyalist, you simply queue one Faction.
On the other hand, mercenaries have a place in FW also so they recieve an ISK payment Which is decided by how many factions they have searched for at once.. ^^ 2 factions = 150k // 3 = 250k // 4 = 350k ISK payments.
So loyalists recieve a racial reward/bonus, mercenaries are paid to fight. This may increase the number of mercs participating in FW.

No. Faction warfare is supposed to be about being loyal to one faction. You should have to enlist to fight for a faction and not just select all and queue. Isk should also not be a part of FW, except for FW missions and salvage. |

So empty servers.. and an ISK sink for those that play often?? What I am proposing is that the fanboi's recieve a fair reward And mercs just adding squads or looking for tough fights can get paid.
So to receive a factional specific reward/bouns you commit But by adding mercs populate all factions, you get paid. The end result being, people actually fighting to win in FW. |

FW is supposed to be an isk sink. Giving people isk to queue 4 factions is ridiculous. FW needs another incentive but it shouldnt be isk. |

Sounds interesting, but if this will bring enough incentive for dedicated slayers and squads to queue up for Amarr or Caldari FW is difficult to comprehend from this. Racial equipment, dropsuits (APEX too) and weapons being widely perceived as unbalanced favouring Minmatar and Gallente is the main reason for organized onesided qsyncing. To expect any change in this pragmatic opportunism from players is mere wishful thinking. Bring racial parity and racial balance to equipment and you shall have balanced FW.
Some other suggestions to make FW more attractive would be the introduction of factional merchandizing and customization for mercenary quarters, paid with LP and ISK alike, bringing parity to Warbarge customization for PC: vanity can be a mighty big driver. Another would be a visible 'holy' aura for lvl 10 loyalists, or a lvl 10 loyalist only power move or emote . Who would not love that?
