On a serious note though you really can't go wrong with a regen fit and those reactives shouldn't hurt your speed too much just be aware that the strafe penalty is double on plates now cuz f*ck armor tankers >.>

I prefer using 2 ferros, 1 comp rep and 1 shield reg on the lows. So I can keep its fast speed while having an even better regen!
On the highs I dont put dmg mods as I prefer having 50 more HP on the suit ^^ The rest is great!
With my suit I have 450/402 HP IIRC.

This is more like it, but I'd trade that armor rep for either another regulator or kincat. |

I like it. I also use two shield extenders, three reactive plates and a profile dampener. That breach scrambler pistol is my favorite weapon presently. With what little CPU you have left, you should ignore people telling you to use a complex armor repairer and two ferroscales.
Your suit may be made more versatile by using packed AV grenades. I like those.
Why do you ask if your suit is well built? Have you had a rough few matches recently?
If this game was fun, I wouldn't be playing it.

It seems alright, not fast enough recharge for me though.
Id pick an SK9M BSMG over the BrScP too.
"Why build ontop of foundations that aren't solid?"
HRI -> TUL -> FC -> ML -> TLoD -> RE -> DMG
