HAV even with maxed out vehicles skill tree: More glass than cannon
ADS even with level 5 in ADS skills and skill tree: Just glass- no cannon. Well- enough of a cannon to destroy uplinks.

Swarms were USELESS and tanks were OP as **** (seems like you already forgot the redline camper rails and the sniper rifle accurate blasters) before, now they are viable.

Through uprising and before 1.7 you had to be brain dead to not be able to solo a tank.
