The AI in this game should target anything that isn't blue. If not there's no point in hacking them back in the first place.

I don't understand your train of thought Tankers destroy installations because infantry don't care enough to keep them blue and therefore are a threat if installations target infantry, maybe they would care enough to ensure they aren't turned as easily Your statement is my train of thought

Maybe is infantry were competent enough to capture them and understand their importance on the field with their own vehicles we wouldn't have to. But in this instance even 2 years down the road an infantry player cannot do the smart thing and capture a damned turret. It all just comes down to communication. Which isn't such a big problem for me since all I play is FW, I understand the viewpoint of vehicles specialist, I just think it'll add a new level of "team play".

I feel turrets need a overhaul in general, and it needs to be more of a threat and player based. Agreed, there should be a new AI system called detection. There was another thread about mines where someone said people with low profile wouldn't set off infantry mines which I thought was cool.
