Today GLUPxx2 got taken out by av in his federation maddy in an Amarr factional. The av consisted of the kl-90, lai dai packed, and ishukone nova knives on a gal assault. He backed into a corner when his hardeners were down and got nova knifed on the last 1k armor due to ammo constraints.
Success.A tank worth knifing was slain by the blade today. Does anyone have any awesome nova knife tank kills they'd like to share? I would love to read about them. I am becoming obsessed with the blade now.

I did it myself, with one RE, IshNoks, and an RS-90 CR...
3300 shields and 1500 armor.

And l is noob. Its my av only suit and i am no blade master yet .I am no minja. I never touch res except for derping jeeps either. I hate them with a passion.

I have obsessed with the blade too thanks to my Tiger scout, with no proficiency yet I have died to heavies with 4 or 3 armor left haha

Its too hard to do it by yourself to rely on.
I have tried many times, and the only one I got was a hugely incompetent player, both as a tanker an infantry.
I am glad it worked out for someone.

There mightve been a stray forge shot or two ?
Not sure. Was a really messy battle. My team couldnt even hold a letter because of multiple tanks and a ball of death.
There was help for sure on other tanks. A swarmer or two

I stole two back-to-back Blaster Maddy kills as they were being bombarded by Gunnlogi missiles. Took less than 10 seconds and I felt damned proud. Lol... my knives are scrubs. |

One time there was this Gunnlogi that was harrasing our team. So I took out my Forge gun and one of my squad mates a Swarm. When the Gunnlogi's shield where down, I had already my Forge Gun charged to get the last shot, while the Gunnlogi was passing ifront of me trying to to escape, I quickly released the trigger, only to find out that at the exact same time a buddy of mine was running Minja and ran straight to the Gunnlogi, he absorbed my Forge Gun round and kinfed the Gunnlogi dead.
Keep in mind that the Gunnlogi was in full motion and at the exact moment I released my forge gun round my buddy hopped in themiddle of it, absorbing my forge round and delivering the final blow himself with his STD Nova Knifes to the tank...
Nothing more mind blowing than that will ever happen again in all of my Dust career. I just know it.

Good on you. Probably one of the only fun things left to do in Dust, but honestly, if you're a tanker who somehow manages to get his tank wrecked by knives, then frankly you just flat out suck and should go play a different game.
Most tanks that my buddies destroyed with knives were almost always MLT ones that belonged to blueberries who fitted 80GJs on them. They couldn't aim worth crap, so I couldn't really blame them. But if it was someone like Bethhy or GP Machine, then that's a completely bigger achievement, lewl.

It was not AFK. I even managed to do it again today (my Elgato didn't fail me this time )

In my time with the PLC and flaylock combo, I've done it a few. Its satisfying
