I think it would be cool if you put included some advanced suits, otherwise why bother specifying that they are all prototype? Surely there are some advanced suits better than some prototype suits.
I don't really have an opinion on what goes where, though.
If this game was fun, I wouldn't be playing it.

I agree. Even my Commando M-1 with ADV weapons/mods can take down some of those proto suits.

I agree to a point, I just think the min scout does so many things. The speed, the hacks, the knifing.
I don't put the Ak.0 Assault in T1 because it takes two high skill weapons to really shine.
I wouldn't argue much with your suggestions though.
