4 out of 5 matches I join are one side with a full squad(s) of proto stomping players. While the other side is just a bunch of randoms thrown together (me included) with zero chance. Put the proto squads against each other not the new players and solo players. |

squading up without a mic is insanely difficult, for me at least.
After i type that I don't have a mic half the time i get kicked, if i don't get kicked than I get kicked when they see me running skinweave suits and militia guns.

Stop soloing, squad up with good players? It doesn't matter if you don't have a mic; squadding always helps.

Weird, I find matches where my team is watching my squad from afar. The stacked teams don't happen for me hardly ever.

In other words: "Why is one side always stacked?" Stating "teamwork is powerful" is a non-sequitur in regards to the question. Would be like answering "because prototype" to "why do people have so much money?"
Squading up will often help avoid the super stacked team but it will also just put the stacked team in your favor. In truth, matchmaking in this game is pretty much non-existent. If there were more players CCP could segregate a lot better The game also has a tendency to go "This team has zero squads and this one has two. Perfect!" rather than mixing and matching. But what REALLY gets to me is that you can fight the same team composition over and over again without the game splitting people up. Take note of the names if you are having a run of bad games; they will be the same.
Even by pure random you should end up of their team in a string of games but you likely won't. The game has virtually no randomness in this regards. Log on solo late on 'off hours' and play a bunch of games. I can say from experience that the team composition will stay the same.

Do you know whatGÇÖs funnier? When itGÇÖs the only squad on our side leaving due to competition on the other side. Happens sickeningly often.
When you run solo, you will most likely end up against two organized squads. When you run in a squad, you will most likely end up against random MLT wielding academy graduates. Matchmaking is so awesome in this game.
I am much too tired of this game to actually fight in lopsided battles. If IGÇÖm solo I will most likely leave when I see the battle is lost before it began. Or I just don my pink plasma cannon fit and do my best to avoid anything even remotely useful in-game just to end it quicker.

As you can see from the replies, the solution is to become part of the problem. Buy some boosters, unlock the FOTM proto fit, get in a squad of vets, fawn over their numbers, go farm some new players, and....dont forget to yell in the mic like a twit everytime you die.
its always easier to slide down than it is to climb. So if all you want are easy numbers and the sense of accomplishment one sided fights brings, follow the advice of the people here and help make a bigger mess! |

You see now that was the idea with match making..... but as time passed it seems to have failed.

Because clearly most people are not interested in PC. A lot of us solo guys get just as much 'competition' in pubs these days! We dont need to go to PC to get even harder battles
I would also say that right now the incentive is a bit mehh but CCP appears to have ideas on PC so we shall see....
