I will not fight against MU-LA, no. FA and company really depends on what type of match it is. If it's for fun, I can discuss friendly terms and see if I can ring against the alliance. If the battle is serious (the corporation aim to take the district from Tso's), then I cannot participate sadly.
And no. Switching corps is not my thing, and I see a long affiliation with Murphy's.
