But, usually best to use when hunting snipers/open terrian and if you like the sound reduction (my favorite)

Sudes nothing cooler then coming out of cloak, slowly pulling out your TY-5, headshoting a guy, then walk away badassly
while cloaking up.

Not a combat cloak, but can be for targets who've wondered of or that guy trailing behind the pack.

I run cloak in PC and to test if its really useful for X fitting. Relying on it will get you consistently ganked.

Minja here. You do not speak for all scouts. I love the cloak, I use it as it is intended. For crossing open areas, and sneaking through the Caldari large socket maze, and whatnot. I still manage to do my job effectively.
Learn to use it as its intended, and not as a straight up combat cloak.

We already suffered with the super short cloak delay with the shotty/cloak insta gank. Its working as intended.

you can still wreck people from behind with cloak + shotgun, mainly because decloak sound and footsteps are not played from source originating from behind you.

you just need more patience though

Exactly. I hate it when I see scouts be too dependent on the cloak thinking it can enhance their killing potential when in fact it's mainly a flanking tool for infiltration and escape.

Sounds like you do depend on the cloak. Or else you wouldn't be trying to insta gank people with it. And you know. Actually scout. You know that infiltration/recon thing that SCOUTS are supposed to do.

If you don't depend on the cloak, then don't ask for buffs that make it too dependable. It's strictly an infiltration/escape tool. Nothing more.

No, you do not speak for all scouts.....

OP revived it half way down page 4. Shes just mad that shes now been put against the "upper tier" players and is getting stomped again, without the ability to simply leave and find a group of noobs to harass.

A little ego bruising is all that is going on in here, so shes venting and doing what bad players do.

Don't worry OP, you will be sorted out soon enough and you can be the big fish in the little pond of the low tier bracket again.
