This module provides a clone reanimation unit inside a manned vehicle for mobile spawning.
Probably one of the simpler descriptions in the game, this vehicle module has a powerful ability that very few have little understanding of. My hope is that this guide will reveal the secrets of how to use this module, both in the terms of providing your team a place to spawn and understanding how to spawn in one.
First up are the modules themselves:
Militia Mobile CRU No skills required CPU: 22 PG: 172 Price: 4,125 ISK
Basic Mobile CRU Required skills: Vehicle Upgrades I Vehicle Core Upgrades I Vehicle Engineering I CPU: 15 PG: 100 Price: 6,750 ISK
The Militia variant is very easy to use, draws very little CPU or Power Grid, and you can access it early on as it doesn't require any skills to use. The Basic reduces the CPU and PG usage by a small amount and is only a 2,625 ISK increase. If you find yourself tight on fitting, it may benefit you to try and use the Basic version.
HOW TO USE:
Simply attach it to the high slot of any vehicle with a free high slot. When you call that vehicle in and you jump in the pilot/driver seat, it will be activated for your team to use. The moment you step out of the vehicle or switch to a seat that is not the pilot/driver seat, the module is no longer powered and is deactivated. Furthermore, the module is passive, meaning you do not have to activate it using the vehicle radial menu.
Mobile CRUs can be used on LAVs, HAVs, Dropships, and Assault Dropships.
HOW TO SPAWN ON A MCRU:
First, your clone has to be terminated (no longer able to Call for Help; contrast with Incapacitated). When your clone is terminated, only then will you be able to see Mobile CRUs on the map.
Mobile CRUs have a spawn timer of 10 seconds. When someone spawns on your Mobile CRU, you are awarded +50 Team Spawn points.
LAVs and Dropships need to have a free seat in them in order to spawn. HAVs only need a free seat only if the tank has Small Turrets attached to it. Otherwise you can spawn on the HAV and you will spawn next to it.

I wanted to skill into it but that makes it useless when you have to wait 30 seconds to bleed out... There is a trick to speeding that process up.
While bleeding out, watch the timers on the MCC or ground spawns; both are the same default of 10 seconds as the mCRU. Wait for those to get to 3 seconds.
When they have hit 3 seconds, select a spawn and immediately cancel deployment. This will terminate your clone. After canceling your spawn, find the dropship with the mCRU which, since you waited for the timers to count down, will now be 3 seconds.
It's not pretty, but it's a workaround that I use to spawn in other people's dropships.
