not really
fa gave up their districts for a reason.. while I was there we barely won an attack on coalicion Latina. and you would have to have seen some of the fights against keq... Those were rough man:(
maybe something has changed since two weeks ago, but I'd still say they aren't the best. not to mention that their new elected leadership (skel and ghost) are hardly ever on

Most folks have more decency than this. We'd rather stomp you to your face. Not like most pub players can do anything about that either, though.
