taxi bastard Amarr Templars Amarr Empire 273	Posted - 2015.01.07 02:10:00 - [1] - Quote ok bit drunk to say the least,anyone else noticed big named PC corps doing pretty bad in pubs? also their members doing pretty awful all around? have some recruitment policies changed? anyway i am wasted so i am going back in my cage......but even i am not drunk enough to sign up to an isk milking. beyond that anyone else seeing an awful lot of poor proto players? i would say stompers......but they can't fecking stomp. discuss

Majority of the PC corps only have a small hand full of elite players. A lot of former elite corps don't care to much for PC anymore ether. i.e: 0uter Heaven. It was fun seeing them lose. These clowns were just ganging up and taking objectives and not defending. We would put up a fight in one objective, while our team hacked other letters. Round and round they went, until we started defending objectives and at one point capped them. It was a good game. Needless to say, they had higher clones than us.

Other than that I run logi mostly, even when I solo, because somebody has to, or somebody else is...just very poorly. I don't think they even know how good they could be because they have these weird morals in the video game they play. I'm in plenty of good squads that get wrecked from time to time in pubs. There are many times that it's the one squad on one side doing everything while randoms snipe and do whatever it is they do in redlines with LAVs. Many times I'll push into very unfavorable situations just because, I guess hoping that it inspires some blueberry to come out of the mountains. Low payouts ensure that only the best are running decent gear.

I see this a lot in FW where one side has a full squad of proto and the other team just uses starter fits/militia/standard gear and rolls them

Even if i went 20/0 in a pub, if I died once in my proto suit I'd not make any profit, yea I'll stick to running my LP BPOs

But I've never seen a team full of STD fits beat anything. Low payouts ensure that only the best are running decent gear.

Its like the scene from Aliens VS Predator showing the Predator atop the pyramid cutting down all the aliens only to be overpowered by the endless horde and setting off his mini nuke (core locus nade) and taking them all with him good times

On topic, I, and the guys I run with, whether that be DMG, TRE or whoever, have lots of SP, lots of ISK, and lots of not giving a f**s. I could die 10 times in full proto and not give a damn. Ive got ISK to burn and will use it. And I do give isk out, around 230mil has been donated by myself in Local. I just like running what I enjoy. And that does include my BPO collection. And to be honest, running an all BPO Templar fit can be just as fun as full proto violent death fits. "Why build ontop of foundations that aren't solid?"* Pilot & Assault. Complete twat.
