Do you even dust bro?
Honestly surprised nobody has mentioned the true bane of the caldari.

Seriously, I'll rush an AR or SCR. If I even hear a laser I will fade, fall back, and not go that way again.

They're impossible to kill with a CR.
Then they triple stack Kin Cats so they can strafe faster than a chicken on crack. Impossible to hit. You must be incredibly stupid. The max you can get shield you can get on a ck.0 is like 700-750, and since you stack all extenders, you only come back at like 30/hips a second. You will also have and extremely long delay if you running 3x Kincats (they only affect sprint speed, not movement or strafe speeds) . I run one of the best ck.0 fits, 522 shield, 90/sec, 1.6 second delay. But that's because I have all cores at 5. One flux, and I hide for 7 seconds waiting for ALL of my hp to come back, then I pop out and headshot em. Nice try but no one not even a dropkick blueberry is going to give you 7 seconds to recover, theyre going to cut you down with their militia weapons |

I don't have a problem with Cal assaults. But I use Gallente assault and AR and tend to engage at close range.
The suit gets really troublesome past 50 meters but honestly you have no business engaging a Cal assault from range.
The only thing performing too well is the Rail and assault rail rifle at close range, it shouldn't do as well as it does.

They are quite troublesome for minmatar loyalists. I don't use fluxes usually and only projectile /explosive on my min assault (usually lol). When I encounter a good cal assault with my pure duct tape fitting, I just run away or spray a million bullets at them and hope they f up. |

In CQC that 600 HP is quite literally 000 HP because you can hit them with a Flux Grenade and finish off what little HP they have left. As for "recharging in no time" Armor Tanks can regen much faster with Triage Hives. Cal Assault has OP hot detection so it can strafe through Flux Grenades (which need to be cooked). It's not fair! Also, Triage Hives are Caldari tech. Why? Because they can dual tank.
That's why the Caldari are the Illuminati. They can do anything and be OP. Did you know the Militia Assault Rail Rifle has no spool? Illuminati. They have triangle shapes all over their suits. Illuminati. They rejected our love and freedom. Illuminati.
If you weren't blinded by the OP-ness and illuminati, you would see they are OP and Illuminati. Also, they're aliens. Aliens with shields. OP! |

I would like to just say if the OP is not trolling...
The CA dies very fast, even at proto. Armour tankers have an advantage over them, too. Why? Well let's see.
Shields deplete first.
Fluxes don't matter.

Why is this an advantage/disadvantage? That's just situational.
Quote: Fluxes don't matter.
Agreed, fluxes are ineffective for serious use against infantry. I'd rather use core locus and instasplat people regardless of whether they're shield or armour tanking.

K. Not like you need these with easily achievable 80 HP/s native, though.
... So do shields?

@Joel. lol. Just take my like! Forgot that you can buff armor twice as much as shields. And an anti-armor weapon has to dig through shields which at that point the recoil takes over causing you to shoot everything. Anti-Shields vs a Caldari Assault just has to dig through one layer and an inconsequential amount of armor. (Should try using a Rail Rifle on a bricked Amarr Sentinel and see how effective that is.)
The State will always survive.

Your reference to 'blue shielding' is about hit detection.
Note that: - tanking type has no effect on hit detection - People notice the blue flash better than the armor hit effect. bad hit detection on armor is easier to miss - under network latency it might take some half a second for actions to begin to register, therefore automatic fire has more hit detection issues at beginning, therefore it is often the shields that are receiving this

Caldari Assaults are good in the right hands, but they're far from OP. Seriously, this is why I carry Flux Grenades. Honestly the best way to get kills in this game is to run around with a Six Kin ACR and Proto Flux Grenades. Drop the shields off everyone in the MASSIVE blast radius, and then just hipfire them all dead with the ACR.
