They reduced the mag size (40 > 30) but that doesn't really change much except actually having to reload once and a while.
Idk how much it's changed since you played but I've been running it pretty effectively on my Cal scout. AScR got a small buff recently too so they're not too bad (still not ACR level, though that's mainly because everyone armor tanks).

o7 Actually, quite a lot. Few more weapon tweaks, suit tweaks. Changes to OBs and Squad orders. New map or two. Cloak-weapon delay, so scout spam is down (but not gone.) Dust has actually been taking pretty big strides lately.
I only play dust514ums now. It was always more fun than the actual game anyways.

The Frame rate has been increased so you should see a huge difference.
Also you should see the Caldari Production Facility along with new Sockets >:D
The new OB's = omg awesome.
You can also sell your unwanted items for ISK >:D from NPC.
More content in February and March :D

He makes 300 million ISK by selling the templar codes. "codes"

Two actual patches, with more on the way.
A roadmap with the direction that Rattati wants to move in, with varying priorities including some interesting PC ideas, game modes restricted by meta level, among other things.
