I`m kind of curious to know what other people want in future patches. Maybe you want something to be changed about the game. If we get enough people to talk about a certain topic, CCP might implement it into the game.
Leave and comments and ideas below along with good reasons why. At the end of the document put #change to inform CCP you want your topic to be implemented into the game.

I wouldn't mind placing REs, not a super long retardedoy stupid time like some of you suggest, just plavmced like a anti-infantry mine.

i would like EVE style channel intros and char bios.. this is just a message for when someone enters the channel an automated message is displayed whatever the channel creator want to put and char bios are just a blank page where you write something that other ppl see when they look up your character.

The pilot suit.
Make it cost 3.5 mil SP and hv it give a 35% buff to vehicle at proto level.
It should b able to lay waste to infantry and other non-pilot vehicles that aren't working together to destroy it.
Hell, have tanks that aren't available until you hv the proto pilot suit.
Give the suit a sidearm slot/grenade slot - 1 high and 2 lows. CPU and PG can b 500 each and it wouldn't matter.
The starting HP could b 100 shields 100 armor.
For the record I hv 0 SP in vehicles but I think they should hv more of an impact on the battle field.

Fixing hit detection.
Fix server issues that can be fixed.
Prevent people from other servers to come at yours and then create a worldwild server section for squads with players from different servers so they can play together.
If all these are done, this would be the best patch Dust ever had.

Biggest thing that would change DUST is to give us as in DUST players control of, or to be essential to producing a vital Resource for EVE online.
That way there will be purpose to the connection between the two games.

Core mechanics reworked.. This game has it's moments that make it enjoyable even now...
But the inconsistent Frame rate, Hit detection system, Aiming system, Net code, Physics, Collision mechanics, Lack of Segmented Damage profiles for infantry... Terrain stickyness..... How ridiculously Large maps are for no reason... Taking huge chunks of game performance for aspirations of player counts we will never get....
All that? Makes DUST one of the most frustrating rage intensive games around... Because the game working as normal will it's self, kill you.
CCP Shanghai spends so much time showing off their fancy lighting effects and Ridley Scott "Like" lens flares.... We just want them to show off how good they are at the basics... And Use their incredible wealth of assets and concepts from EVE on that base foundation of rock solid core mechanics. And DUST would be an amazing game.
After that? Full Racial Parity... We need every Racial Vehicle and weapon class in the game.... Then CCP Cans tart building Aurum versions of all the races and get people really into customizing their character...
Just adds so much to immersion of DUST 514 having the option of every race for whatever you want to do.
New player Game mode or totally reworked New player experience.... We need fresh blood continuously.. We need them to know the basics of the game without us having to tell them everything..
CCP Needs new players to stick around... Corporations are starving for recruits... But getting people to stick around with the brutal learning curve is hard...... It's not about the skill points its about basic knowledge.
Then we can work on End game and giving players something to strive for with a completely reworked and relevant to DUST 514 now and into the future... PC system...
All this ofcourse after a peer 2 peer simple trading system.... This is key to rebuilding a basic community right now...
After these changes this game would be completely revitalized... I Could see me convincing a majority of my buddies who i have met on DUST to come back and give it a shot... The ones that still have a ps3 that is :p |

I don't understand how people have been willing to play with the same three modes (FW and PC don't count to me anymore) for so long. Sure people do have plenty of fun playing with friends or random people in a squad but even then you can only have so much fun with others with the very few modes that are available.
The updates can sort of make things a bit more interesting but they haven't actually done so much to be considered actually change. Although it looks like that may change according to what they have in that roadmap, some of those things may make pubs interesting again, even for me a solo vet.
Should Legion be on the ps4?
