Yes but to what end? You think someone's gonna give you isk....to go say you killed somone in a pub? Prove it was you. Only way it would be conformable is if the bounty was placed on yourself. And you scree shotted the kill mail. On eve it's possible. On dust it's not

People actually pay you to do this? I sense Newberry scam. 10 mill bounty on Duna. 1 mill per kill. Payment upon proof. Next 10 mill bounty on Cavani1EE7 1 mill per kill. Must be done with this character.

Come find me you don't play pubs stop lieing to that man. from 2300 to 0400 you can find Romen flying around peoples pub chats on his creepy EVE alt that looks like the dude from ghostbusters in the picture in the museum where his eyes follow you when you walk by the picture. 
sadly. My pub days are short. I get maybe 3 in to warm up for pc....then maybe 2 after as a cool down. Rest of my night is in pcs...prepping for pcs...after action reviews. ...after and meetings. Lol. I've been going solid for months!
