Yo guys,
today I saw some guys (ab)using some sort of trick to gain around 5000 WPs. Both from the same corp and 0/0 stats.
Any ideas how they did that ? Is it allowed? Can _i_ prevent it somehow?
My guess would be some vehicle being damaged, then waiting for repair.

They were probably just putting uplinks and repping a heavy endlessly. It's not really abusing anything, though I do agree logis get awarded too much WP. I got 7000 WP the other day. |

OH! I've seen a group of people call in lav's on one side, have their friends hack it, then av nade it for damage points, destroyed them all. Went up to supply depot, rinse n repeat. My friends and i drove a tank through all the piled up lavs when we caught on since it forced our side to reach the quota.
Maybe that's what was happening in your matches. |

There are a few ways as far as I know. With multiple people, you can have Logi's taking turn shooting each other while being repaired. Once one side is no longer getting Triage points, the repairer becomes the one getting shot. For two people, militia tanks and shooting each other for the Damaged Vehicle is an option. If both sides have BPO LAV, constantly spamming them for each other to destroy works. The method that I believe people are using now involves Militia Tanks and using EMP strikes to for Vehicle Damage WP's, which nearly immediately gains another EMP strike. I am not certain though.
It is in no way allowed as it violates the Terms of Service, specifically "play that facilitate(s) acquisition of items, currency, objects, character attributes, rank or status at an accelerated rate when compared with ordinary Game play."
What is "ordinary Game play?" Well, it probably isn't shooting at your friend's tank and dropping an EMP strike on their tank over and over and over again while sitting in a corner.
Stopping it is another matter sadly. If you notice one of your allies sitting in a corner, you could go check out what they are doing. That would potentially allow you to kill the enemy tank though that is sacrificing your play so they cannot, by the ToS, cheat. You are better off just taking screenshots and sending them to customer service. Whether or not this does anything is a different matter. Coping with it is easier; just think of it as one AFK player. Even with all those WP, they are not really doing anything with it and are as much of a factor in this fight as an AFK.

Well i think its actually boosting cause they are not playing and since WP trasnfers into SP they can get lots of Sp in one game by repping heavies getting damaged points etc, etc.

You'd need proof of them do, most likely video, it in order for CCP to do anything.
