The gist here is that in order for Dust to be in the PS4, Project Legion (which is basically Dust Reworked) will need to be successful on the PC first.

Playstation 4 after holidays is said to hit 13.5 million consoles sold total.
There is a massive market difference.
If DUST does port over to the PS4.... It will take considerable more PS4 sales to have a market large enough to justify it.
Will it happen? ASlong as DUST keeps making money... hell yea it will...
And right now? DUST is the only thing making CCP Money.... EVE is loosing revenue every month.
I call bullspit on that highlighted part. So far, Eve Online has experience massive improvements over the past 6 months alone and that's not including the successful Crucible, Retribution, and Odyssey expansions that came before the 6-week release cycle was implemented by CCP which is an adoption of the release cycle similar to that of World of Warcraft.
The recent "This is Eve" trailer even proved to be a success. Many corporations in Eve Online had to step in to help with the new recruits because of a spike in new players coming in ever since the trailer went public. http://crossingzebras.com/cz-minutes-this-is-eve/ http://www.pcgamer.com/ccp-unleashes-spectacular-this-is-eve-trailer-urge-to-play-eve-rises/ http://www.lostineve.net/this-is-eve-the-trailer-above-all-trailers/
From the article in Crossing Zebras wrote: The fawning over the trailer from sites like Polygon, Massively, etc. helped introduce over 500 new player characters to the game within the first 48 hours of the trailer being out. ThatGÇÖs effective marketing, especially given the past year of notable scandals (Erotica 1, the monument defacing, the CCP layoffs, etc.) that made people really question the state of the company and their ability to attract new players to the game.
The biggest task CCP, and the veterans in the community, is fostering the new players into maintaining their interest in EVE. In years past CCP have usually shifted the work of educating new players to the EVE community and I canGÇÖt help but feel theyGÇÖve realized the problems with that. With a new focus on improving the New Player Experience, they should also be working on the New Player Education.
With the recent removal of the clone grades, the implementation of the near-infinite skill queue which can last maybe over a year even for a trial account, better new-player experience, and along with many veterans stepping in to help with the new players, we're experiencing good times over there in Eve Online.
From the looks of it all, I don't see Eve Online suffering financially anytime soon.

I agree. PC first and then the PS4.

Tinking with late version for pc can wait, there is still much of not fixed and not implemented stuff.
Considering there is already a whole team dedicated to Project Legion, we'll have to let that finish on its own. In the meantime, Dust 514 is now looking like the unofficial beta platform for Legion because some of the things presented at Fanfest 2014 for Legion (remember those gloomy and toxic moods?) have recently been implemented into Dust. We're probably looking at having personal warbarges this February if the Trello boards are any indication and judging from what CPM Kevall Longstride mentioned in his recent message to the D-UNI corp. We are leaving Uprising that month after all.

I enjoy the game but I m not diving in again. This game still has the aura of doom about it due to how they treated their customers, don't get your hopes up and you will not be disappointed. I feel better now maybe I will fire up the game and release my anger
Which is why I'm not being completely optimistic about Legion. At least with CCP Rattati, we saw actual progress for Dust. Meanwhile, the Project Legion forums have fallen silent.
