Make sure you run pub matches to make ISK.

Yes, because non-PC corps should just rely on the generous donations of others so that they can possibly have a chance to get involved in PC. Amarr/Minmatar vehicles are OP (especially Minmatar speed tanks) ^The reason why CCP is afraid to release them

In that case Dust University is a very bad recommendation. They haven't held a district in over a year and have a 4% tax rate. Even when they did hold districts, they didn't have to fight for them so it was basically a license to print passive ISK... and still they taxed their newbs 7%
