I found that if you run with no cloak, its a lot better.
I might skill up the AR so i can use the breach, which seems to be FoTM on minja's

If you don't run a cloak, I think you're fine, but running either that or triple kin cats puts some strain on your fits.
My old, old fit when I was a speedy shotgunner without RE's, and would run circles around everyone while shooting them, invincible in 1v1 CQC

Loved that fit so much.
Used to have to use a basic cloak.
My old fit before buff was just removing the dampener, and no cloak or anything, except a stable AS.
Speed tanked mofo, surviving on fickle hit detection, head shots, and reflexes.
I loved when this suit was viable more than I care to admit.

I find that running no cloak is simply better.
Running with 1 precision, 2 shields, 3 kin cats, RE's and a stable link works very nicely as a fit with a k5 and a BrSMG

Minja is the best shotgunning platform currently for a scout, IMHO.
Speed is really the most important thing right now for SGers, simply because of how scans work now.
If the cloak wasn't a useless piece of ****, i think the minja might be what I would use as a slayer.

Unfortuneatly, its not. While I have nothing against shotgunners, I hate it when people give minmatar scouts shotguns. It just seems like an insult to all of their strengths to use them for speed alone.
1v1 shotgunning, I don't think there is a much better suit than a minmitar scout.
If you can beat me in a 1v1 SG duel with anything else, then Ill concede. Until then, not happening.
