-Fastest sprint speed
-Fastest stamina recovery
-Fastest hacking suit
-One hit kills with nova knives, even on heavies.
I usually run around the map, hacking objectives and installations in skirmish. It's really fun messing with the enemy, because sometimes I will wait for them to hack the point and then counter-hack it and hide, then they look puzzled, so they hack it again, and the process just keeps going on and on. lol. The hacking speed is ridiculous. 
11.12 sprint speed using 3 kinkats, with nova knives. You can run circles around heavies and make them dizzy. Sometimes they look disoriented and start shooting at the ground, sky, everywhere.
With 3 highs and 3 lows, it's the most versatile scout suit, given it's attributes. By far my most favorite suit that CCP has created thus far. If only I could find another minmatar scout to run with, would be really fun. Like 0.25sec hacks. lol.
Note: This suit has the capability to drastically change the tide of battle. I hacked 31 objectives/installations in one match. My highest thus far. So if you haven't gotten one yet, get em while they're hot.

I know what you're trying to do. It's ok, CCP won't nerf this amazing suit, because no one ever tries to hack/defend objectives these days. So we are in the clear. This suit is SO freaking awesome.

Finally a solution to our problem. We can now solo in skirmish and still influence the out come of a match. I had all of those points lite up today. Flashing everywhere. Full squads on the other side, and no teammates on the field, but I had them running. lol. "OMG, they're everywhere!" lol.

This is true, but it doesn't affect it's abilities or attributes as long as you use it for its purpose. Everyone tries to turn every suit into a assault suit for some reason.

Do you guys have your dropsuit upgrades maxed out? Weapon fitting optimization skills maxed? I really don't have a problem with fitting what I need on it. What is your fits?

So it's the proto cloak that's getting you guys down. Just run advanced, I usually don't need to run my cloak all the way down so advanced does me justice.

Again, NO ONE is going to nerf this suit, because NO ONE would spend 5 million skill points into a suit that revolves around winning matches. Dontcha know that high kdr slayers are the IN thing right now?
