I tried almost every SINGLE loadout, guide, team comps, teamworking, grouping, ambushing enemy, EVERYTHING. But I can't. I play this game at 2 days (I was inactive 1 week), but I CAN'T 100% carry a game, get enough points to get good SP. How can I learn to play this game, if I can't blink and I am already dead, if I can't hide, and be killed by an OP massdriver?! I tried squads, corps, DAMN, I ALMOST THOUGHT OF PAYING SOMEONE TO GET ME 30K SP OR MORE! I want to experience the game at it's MAX, but how can I if I spend more than half of the time either DEAD or being killed?!
When I saw a gameplay of this game I fell in love with it, but after going throught the "academy" phase, I just LOST my hope on this game. Getting constantly stomped, killed, ambushed... and in the end, to get some miserables 2k~4k SP at max. Just to be in mind I need atleast 500k SP just for the armor (the silver one), MORE 400k SP for the weapon (silver, not gold one) and atleast have more 300~500k SP in my pocket to use for enginearing and electronics... I am just tired of dieng and dieng and dieng... And getting stomped, and stomped and stomped... I want to play this game for fun! Wast my time running around with teams, saving each others, laughing, but no, I wast my time DEAD, being KILLED, being STOMPED...
IS IT HARD ASKING FOR A SLIGHT FUN?! OR I HAVE TO WAST 1 FULL YEAR OF MY LIFE, 8760 HOURS, 525600 MINUTES, 3153600 SECONDS JUST TO START HAVING FUN?! I'm sorry, but I lack the patience to wast so much time just to have the slight fun when I can go outside and in less than half an hour start having fun! Is this game made to be funny and cooperative or annoying and irritating?!

Run with people you can laugh with, enjoy dying and the ludicrous matchmaking, don't take it personally. Matchmaking is crappy for most of us, protostompers think it is funny, and new players get the shaft. CCP either can't or won't fix it, instead they implement changes that favor the protostompers. You either have to make peace with that, which I can't do, or embrace your rage like a lover, which is how I do it.

You did one thing right. You did what most new players dont. You came to the forums in search of answers and information. I mean when you log on thats what they tell you to do. Unfortunately the forums are full of *ssholes who feel that because it sucks for them it should suck for everybody cuz f*ck you.
You need to squad up! You need training in tactics, how to use your weapons and ther advantages, and what to spec into with your SP that will help you get you more SP per battle!
Spend your SP on your dropsuit upgrades! Weapons are great, but useless if you're dead before you fire?! As you've experienced already. You need precision, range, dampening, armor and armor repair, shield and shield regen, etc. READ! Every suit, upgrade, and mod helps benefit survival on the battlefield.
Passive abilities that you don't need mods for are the best. When you finish your base armor upgrades you get the full armor potential on your dropsuit. Same goes for speed, shield, and core upgrades. The more of your upgrades you finish the better your chances.
I would suggest speccing into an anti-vehicle weapon like a swarm launcher. A battle rifle of your race so the bonuses apply. Also equipment. Equipment on the battlefield is a great source of warpoints, and can help the team. Nanocircuitry, drop uplinks, repair tools, etc. They are all just as important as being a slayer in this game, and can help you get more warpoints. Which will help with your SP gain problem.
CCP does a terrible job of explaining pretty much anything in this game. Whatever race you pick has bonuses, and if you play to their strengths you will fair better. Play defensively at points of interest. Role atleast two to three deep for support. Try to work off the back of more experienced players, and learn from them without aggrevating them during battle with questions.
This game isn't a race, but a marathon. It takes time, patience, planning, and a whole lot of fighting. When you're weaker than your opponent... get help! Ask for backup on whatever point you're at. If your shotgun isn't working try two! They aren't invincible. Just truly depraved in real. Everyone wants to win, but winning isn't as important as the progrest you make. Remember that most of these guys are lonely kids, lonely old guys, and the like. They will run whatever works best this month (fotm).

We all feel you (and have experienced the same).
I have played since closed beta, and sometimes I still get stomped.
When I do, my focus tends to shift from winning to making them pay for their full proto outfits.
I spawn in blueprints or the cheapest suite I have, and don't care if I die a lot, as long as I take a couple of them with me.
The importaint thing is to keep your distance, and pick of stragglers that already have been damaged. Try to get to an elivated position with a laser or rail rifle and pick them off. Pick your targets carefully, and make sure you shoot them a couple of times after they are down (so they can't be resurrected). If they approach your position, don't engage and retrete to keep your distance.
Ps: laser gives a bonus damage to shields and rail rifles to armour.

This is why the player count is so low...It's doomed to failure until this is sorted...a simple algorithm in matchmaking based on sp would surely not be so difficult to implement...It's also boring and no challenge at all for experienced players when they go against new players...It's astounding to me that this is still a problem |

Again, pure stomp, enemy team FULLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL GOLD, we couldn't even spawn in our own base that we would die. And also those lovely grenades where I am 40 meters away from them, they explode, it says they did to me 600 damage within 40 meters...
Also, dahell is the problem with grenades? Whenver I throw them they simply don't go the right direction, they either go left or right instead of going forward. I have yet to land 1 grenade on an enemy... |

The grenade blast radius was not 40 meters. The guy who threw the grenade was 40 meters away. As for getting better with grenades, try cooking them before tossing. Perhaps best to practice your timing with the Flux variant.
Also, you may want to consider joining a training corp or a scrub corp until you've learned the ropes. DUST University is a good example of the former, and SVER True Blood a good example of the latter. |

Have to say, the squad was a success. We did lose our first 2 games together, but gave him some pointers and explained more in depth about how the game works and encouraged him to upgrade his cores.
After he charged headlong into dooming and suicidal situations, he stuck close to me in our 3rd battle and I brought out my Gal triple scan Logi to give him some intel. The situational awareness I gave him drastically cut his deaths in half by 75%.
He also managed to score 3 close quarters Laser Rifle kills. I don't even.
There's a lesson here guys: sometimes there's a genuinely new player who gets aggravated similar to new players in EVE. If you're intelligent enough, you'll be able to tell the vet making alt from a genuinely new player (or did I overestimate you guys?  ). Pick them up, find their flaws, fortify their strengths, and we'll have another mercenary to fight alongside as well as against.

I tried squads, corps, DAMN, I ALMOST THOUGHT OF PAYING SOMEONE TO GET ME 30K SP OR MORE! I want to experience the game at it's MAX, but how can I if I spend more than half of the time either DEAD or being killed?!
When I saw a gameplay of this game I fell in love with it, but after going throught the "academy" phase, I just LOST my hope on this game. Getting constantly stomped, killed, ambushed... and in the end, to get some miserables 2k~4k SP at max. Just to be in mind I need atleast 500k SP just for the armor (the silver one), MORE 400k SP for the weapon (silver, not gold one) and atleast have more 300~500k SP in my pocket to use for enginearing and electronics... I am just tired of dieng and dieng and dieng... And getting stomped, and stomped and stomped... I want to play this game for fun! Wast my time running around with teams, saving each others, laughing, but no, I wast my time DEAD, being KILLED, being STOMPED...
IS IT HARD ASKING FOR A SLIGHT FUN?! OR I HAVE TO WAST 1 FULL YEAR OF MY LIFE, 8760 HOURS, 525600 MINUTES, 3153600 SECONDS JUST TO START HAVING FUN?! I'm sorry, but I lack the patience to wast so much time just to have the slight fun when I can go outside and in less than half an hour start having fun! Is this game made to be funny and cooperative or annoying and irritating?!

CCP Should be absolutely ashamed of this.
Until matchmaking is reworked yet again the academy cap should be seriously raised and any one using a system or ip address of another character automatically removed from the academy.

These type of threads annoy me. There is always 3 types of people.
1) Beta Vets, who have no concept of what being stomped means, as that was over 1.5 years ago.
2) Vets, people who joined after release, but still have substantial amounts of SP who went through the stomping as they started, with Beta Vets having ~25m SP. These people ate the ones who say "We all went through it, you should too".
3) New Players, and those (like myself) who realise this has always been wrong and should of never of been like this, are those who argue for a better NPE, and matchmaking.
When I started, despite reading the forums since Feb 13, it was June 13, just after release. I believe at the time the Academy had like ~30,000 WP before graduation. Imagine what its like with 2500 WP like recently. For most of us thats one good game.
Yes I grinded through the hell, I dont think I got a 1.0 K/D for about 6 months. Even now its only 2.17, annoying when you see Beta Vets with 4-7 K/Ds lifetime.
Do I think noobs should go through that same hell? Part of me says yes, because I did. But the other says no, as I shouldve never gone through it in the first place. That being said, the primary development team for that time has gone, and we have Rattati and co who actually care a bit.
Unfortunately, we all know that there simply isnt enough focus on Dust with Legion/Valkyrie/Eve in the background, so a drastic fix is highly unlikely in Dust. Therefore to you OP, and other noobs, I recommend:
1) Joining a corp - a proper corp, not a crappy one. That, or Dust University or Immortal Guides. Like the OP is in YAMAH.
2) Squad, always - Doesnt matter if everyone in the squad is better than you, you will learn.
3) Get a mic - Less chance of being kicked, lets you talk to other squad members, lets you learn faster and make friends.
4) Avoid Ambush - You will be obliterated by high SP players like myself, even if you're in a squad.
5) Stick to Skirmish, Domination if in a good squad - Hacking installations and objectives gets you more WP and SP.
6) Follow the Daily Missions - It nets you more gear, ISK, SP, boosters and so on.
7) Delete the Sniper Starter Fit - you will do bad and continue to do bad if you run this fit. Please dont.
8) Optional, buy Boosters to increase SP gain. That being said, its your decision if you want to financially support CCP.
9) Buy an APEX fit - A Proto suit fitted out with Basic Weapons and modules, and will never go away as its a Blueprint. They cost 58,000 AUR, so same as above.
10) Use the forums as much as possible - You will learn more about the game on the forums than anywhere else, and eventually people wont see you as a noob. Just dont go near The War Room. 
Thats a combination of what I did and what you can do now. Enjoy.

As for NPE in general.... wait for "meta level lockout". This is basically gear-limited-matches, although the smart/shady ones will still rock some proto gear in lower meta matches, mark my words.
I say this because each fitting will have a total meta level consisting of the combined meta of every item on and including the dropsuit itself, and there can only really be a maximum of 3 different "meta groups" otherwise we'd have queues longer than FW on a bad day.
