It won't be nerfed until it becomes more popular. That's because for the moment at least, it's concidered a niche weapon. So while a lot of people think it is OP it won't be touched.
Personally though I don't think its too bad, only change it think it needs it for it to do less to armour. Because while playing an evenly tanked Minmatar it seems to cut through both shield and armour just as easy as each other.

Adjust your class/loadouts.
If you put 2 DMs on a MinCom and Boundless CR, you won't be able to distinguish them from a MLT Caldari Suit.

It's just that the Amarr and Min Assaults are a lot more effective than the Gallente and Caldari suits in the current battlefield.
Many were once Sentinels, and liked the armor tanking and high damage output the AmAss offered.
Many were once Scouts (with rifles, ew), and liked the speed, recovery, and high damage output the MinAss offered.
The Caldari/Gallente assaults differ muchly from these favored and effective playstyles.
Please buff my Magsex. It doesn't hit hard enough...

Anything with over 400+ isn't easy pickings especially when you just vaulted half your clip down range.

I run this set up 85% of the time and when i do run into an Ak0 I rarely lose the 1v1  what I am saying is the Ak0 that we do see suck lol  I dont see ak0 on the enemy team that is really worth the complaining ADV SUIT

On a serious note i cant really understand why ant veteran would complain on the forums about op stuff, when we have 50 plus mill sp each.  |

That's actually nice to notice, I've been playing as Amarr first, and then Minmatar assault. But it was all before people call them OP/FOTM.
Both are the more usual ones because a majority of players like: hit&run with min, tank&dmg with amarr.
Minmatar has the advantage of beeing very versatile, so they are more used. It doesn't mean they are OP ^^

The slayers are actually moving back to Assault suits? That's working as intended if you ask me.
Amass and Minass are fine then.

It's okay bro. I only blame those who bought respecs to simply spec into MinAss.
The first suit I specced into when 1.8 launched was the MinCommando. Back then when everyone was calling it weak and waste of SP. But Tank 514 left a bitter after taste in my mouth and I went for the best AV suit.
