Here's UP: Among the MLT gear, pick a light frame suit (no dropsuit specialty bonuses will apply). Don't fit any modules. Fit only a single scrambler pistol in the primary slot. But, for me, the UP'st dropsuit is the Caldari logi. It needs more and more CPU than now. The Magsec SMG and Ion Pistol are a bit useless too. Like a dream

Profile, scan radius and precision are the worst among all the scouts, it cannot stack a lot of hp, its hacking bonus is moderate (even with hacking V you have to equip a codebreaker if you want to hack before someone notices it) and nova knife bonus is, well, great (still a full tanked amarr sentinel can survive a full charged minscout V proficency V ishukone double slash in the back).

There are only few somewhat op things left, but not gonna list those in this thread but the few ups: - Proxy mines (were somewhat up pre 1.09, after recent small double nerf even more) - To my understanding: magsec smg - Yellow Cans aka cardiac regulators - Ferroscales very lightly (that hp amount even at complex level just don't cut it versus basic plates or reactives which have other bonus) - basic/adv level scanners. so weak. - codebreakers as they have only one extremely marginal bonus (even adding more stuff for it to do would be good: locked doors etc) - Vehicle splash damage, removing it totally was dumb, there needs to be at least some minimal splash. Only acceptable reason would be if it would reduce gameplay lags. Pro-choice! For hazardous self-activated inertial dampeners! We want to live on the edge (((of MCC)))
