I was a bit shocked at the difference between the AK.0 and the rest. |

Dreis Shadowweaver wrote:Do these include sales from the LP store? I know that some scouts are missing, but it may be useful to know that all my Scout MK.0's come from the LP store. If this isn't taken into account, the data may be inaccurate. Heck, the data is probably skewed due to the missing suits in the LP store anyway.
No these are ISK prototype variants only. We do not have access to LP or AUR sales data.
I am working on a way to compile this data efficiently for all of the suits.
As far as the MK.0 goes the pattern it has makes me think two things.
1. The people running them tend to die enough that they stock up on hundreds at a time which is the cause for the huge spikes with lows in between in my opinion.
2. The MK.0 seems to be the choice for casual players.
Something else that I cant really say is from the data but I think a lot of this trend is from use in PC. |

CCP, Chribba, and anyone who can put together excellent graphs using the CREST API would be the ones to be able to provide the proper graphs we're looking for.
Unfortunately the CREST api does not seem to make this data too accessible (right now). As far as I can tell from the Tech Lab they are still working on making past market data accessible via this means.
I plan on making the trip with my alt to compile full data but wanted to gauge interest before spending several days to put everything together. |

You just have to pull data for each region. Vitantur Nothus wrote:
I'd personally check in regularly for updates. I really like Dust.thang.dk's historical graphs and market data charts, but the data doesn't seem to be updated very often.
I've been working on generating graphs in a standalone tool, and it works well I just need to fix an issue with my months being offset wrong when I get around to it, but for now it looks like thisNotice: This image doesn't have actual data behind it. It's just random noise for the sake of testing the rendering.
Hmm I could not find anything about it in the tech section but Im not really familiar with CREST at all so could not even be sure where to look.
If you want to get together I would be glad to build an application to download and database the data server side automatically and you can generate the graphs off of that. Let me know and we can get together on skype and chat about it. |
