Get complex damp and you are ready to go.
Kincat and codebreaker together use too much PG, leave cloak alone.

If you run Skirmish, put all complex kinkats. If you play your cards right, you'll be the most annoying member to the enemy team.
If running Ambush or Domination, then just run with kinkats and dampeners.
Changes to Damage mods!
