I want one sooooooo bad.
I've been asking super nicely for almost a year now...
Please. I'm begging you! I want it!
Just give it the same stats as the old Scrambler Pistols, but a light weapon.
So like more range and higher fitting costs, standard stuff, you know.
Roughly the same weapon.
Like a Scrambler Pistol, but a Rifle! A Scrambler... Rifle!
I wouldn't ever complain about anything ever again!
Semiauto.
80 Damage.
450 RoF.
350% Headshots.
10 round mag.
75m optimal.
96m effective.
7 PG
29 CPU

It would be OP as a Brazilian Proto Caldari Scout with a Six Kin Assault Combat Rifle... On the EU server.
I want it. Make it full auto, sort of. You can hold down the trigger to fire but the Rifle Charges up slightly every time before firing just like the Bolt Pistol.
Put your flags up in the sky.
And wave them side to side.

I'd be fine with them just making a "Heavy Scrambler Pistol". Like the Hunting Revolver of Scrambler Pistols. A primary weapon through and through.
Exact same stats as the old ScP. Not a single digit changed. But its a light weapon.

Seriously, CCP!
The Scrambler Pistol was by far the best weapon I've ever used in any shooter, ever. None of your current weapons even come close. I use the other weapons. I kinda like the Plasma Cannon. I LOVE the old Scrambler Pistol.
I'd trade in my rights to use all of the other guns in the entire game to get the my beautuiful ScP back! Can we make that a deal? Please? I'll make that deal..
Really, if you can somehow make that deal with me, that'd be great. Just delete them all from my client or something! But give me the old ScP.

I hate to be that guy,..... but have you lost your d*mn mind? You know d*mn well you can let CCP lose with new weapon stats! It will be OP as f*ck for a year!
That's like asking for a breach CR.... don't you dare! 
All joking aside, there's no way a breach variant to an already hard hitting rifle wouldn't be OP. I know the AR has a breach variant, but it's been tweaked over a period of almost 3 years. CCP test all new weapons on US! They would first make it uber OP followed by months of nerf?!

I was actually thinking it should have the range of the AScR...
It would follow suit, at least. Breach and Assault types typically have very similar ranges, give or take a few meters.

Easy solution, Change the name of the current Scrambler Rifle to Breach Scrambler Rifle and problem solved. Add a lower damage dealing Scrambler rifle with no charge and call it the New Scrambler Rifle as a bonus
