This time, with the green fire of GALLENTEAN FREEDOM I have proto in most light weapons except the plasma cannon,shot gun and the swarm launchers. I also spent a month using each weapons I have proto'd and TacAR feels nice if I want to play it safe but if I feel like walking through the fire and flames for the mighty empress then there is no better weapon to use but wrath of god. Optimized for blapping minmatar scouts~ How many amarr does it take to change a light bulb? none. The minmatar do it for them

Using the Scrambler Rifle is a bit different, so you'll prefer mobility / regn over armor stacking. Also, you should charge your first shot most of the times. I always charge my first shot,I also try to hit the head first,I don't succeed most of the time but I will learn someday How many amarr does it take to change a light bulb? none.
