Eh... Gallente should mirror caldari not amarr
Amarr should have the current one, only healing armor, although amarr should be able to heal both at high rates
Gallente should have more armor than shields, caldari vice versa, and MINMATAR should heal you the quickest.
Other than that, I don't support or didagree with this idea. It might be cool, but the honest truth is that the current injector is fine as it is, although it should have shield recharging capabilities.

These are nanite injectors, not rep tools.

Yes please. Maybe even have different temporary "side effects" for each race, like some other thread claimed.
Amarr: Improved Damage and Armor amount for x time
Minmatar: Increased Speed and Ammo for x time
Caldari: Improved Shield HP and Scan Range for x time
Gallente: Increased Armor Regen and ROF for x time
Just some ideas to throw around.
