Bolt pistol is still the scariest thing in CQC.
It's not the damage that's the issue but that bullet magnetism is still ******* ridiculous, you don't even have to aim to hit your target.
While with the ion pistol you can't even hit a target standing still.

GG CCP Obvious lie is obvious. Is it just that I am more skilled with a Militia Ion Pistol than you? I can easily land shots with it and (until I specced into NKs) I had it on all of my fits (Bar the starters)
Well, your KD/R would determine that you aren't too good with weapons in general. So I would take a good guess at saying no, you are not more skilled with an Ion Pistol than I.

My Average per match is regularly a 2.33 KDR. Nothing to brag about, but I have a wife and a Job. Can't be on 24/7 and I refuse to be a booster so very well.
I've a job and moving to a new house now, holidays are kicking my ass at work. I don't play 24/7either so that's just another excuse. I also don't go around trying to 1 up everybody in threads constantly, or is that something you just do with me.

Yeah, nobody likes a glory hound and we constantly make fun of you for being that guy.
And no, you don't have a 5kd to be good but to refer to your gungame skill comment it seemed appropriate to whip out my stat that's actually earned. the fact that I don't run from death the second I take damage like some veterans do makes me feel some pride in my actually legitimate K/D. There are people in my alliance that I don't even respect because of Bolt Pistol Caldari scouts and Minmatar Assaults with turbo controllers.
I must admit it though, you are the very kind of person I think of when I think of Caldari Roleplayers. "Loldari" is the word for it.

P.S. A lot of us are inactive due to holidays I figured something like that would be obvious to a person with a wife and kid apparently.
Some people actually visit their families during the holidays.

GG CCP I personally prefer the ion to bolt....
Me too. I try to avoid easy mode and the Ion Pistol is more satisfying to use.
I just wish the charged shot hit detection could actually connect when I'm on a target.
