France did give us 13 billion in todays dollars.
We had the worlds first Special Forces, we had "rifled" guns, and cannons and basic Camouflage.
The British left Boston to Concord and Lexington, and got destroyed! They ran, yes ran back into Boston and were not allowed to leave-they were prisoners of war.
George Washington went into Valley Forge with militia and came out on a snowy Christmas Eve with a professional army-the brits brought in Hessian mercenaries and we beat them.
As for the French good try: the French and Indian wars-got their asses handed to them as well. Never mind Quebec City, again Americans-oh back then we were British!
Bet you ass hats aren't even real Americans Do I want to tackle this....
Ugh, I don't want to get into this too much so this is all I'll say. America has never fought the full force of any European country. Ever. The Seven years war, of which the French Indian war was a part of, was fought primarily in Europe, meaning the country with the largest navy (at this time, Britain) prevented any significant number of soldiers from arriving t the colonies. In your war of independence, the French navy was powerful enough to do the same.
Whether you could have beaten either party if that was not the case is difficult to say, but would have been much more difficult. And Merry Christmas.
