Trello card about shield regen If a Gallente vehicle dedicates 1/3 of it's low slots to repair (w/ complex armor repair module), it should be better than the base repair rate of a Caldari vehicle of the same class, similar to how it is with assault dropsuits.

which I find to be....rather messed up. easily accomplished by setting base HAV shield Regen to regen the shield buffer in 60s...can we add in natural armor regen below Natural Shield Regen...as It is a nice convinience to have on derpsuits, I think vehicles could benefit from it (currently my idea is basing the base armor Regen for the HAVs off the natural regen time of the Heavies) Did you guys even read my updated values?

Lets look at this without skills or the +20% against armor, and these other hypothetical constraints: Proto swarms deal 312 damage per missile, have a 1.4s lock-on time, 4.5s reload, 3 clip size, and assume if it takes 5 whole seconds for the missiles to hit the Soma/Madrugar with 25 hp/s base repair.
It would have repaired 3+ù(1.4+5)+4.5 by time you have finished reloading which is only 23.7 armor HP. That can only save a tank from 1 missile, not 2.
To potentially save that tank from the 2nd missile from a swarm launcher volley, you will have to reload over 13 times.

Updated the shield recharge rates to be less extreme, how I want things to be have changed, and I have a more specific reason for those numbers.
