Historically, what capability did I have to "reach out" before - being said small corp. Never took your last district, retaliated for Phoenix attacking us first and flipped you over on a couple districts. I think your death penalty was earned in war room chest beating - can dig up if need be, but I certainly didn't aid in execution. So far, have put at least 5 corps back on the map - Red Star being our most recent. I believe the understanding was ToP wants Tartatven, which is actually why Astroya was flipped [with a team of all stars vs nobodies] (btw, still in your possession). Meta failed, please insert quarter for another life.

Cap was at a time one of the more prominent corps in PC, are you really gonna tell me while ya'll were out there pushin people off the starmap you didnt have the 'capability' to hand more out? Never once in the entire history of The Phoenix Federation was a single attack ever placed on cap acq, we were a damn PFC corp, the only corps we were allowed to attack at the time was other PFC corps. In terms of chest beating, please do scrounge it up, I have no idea what you're talking about. The only time TPF ever got involved in anything to do with the forums was with DNS, specifically DDB, having them sell us a district and come back with their A team alliance mix to flip it right back (something TSOs also did while we were in TPF). If you're gonna call that chest beating then theres not much more to argue there, considering most of our posts detailed how we were losing a lot more than we were winning, but still gonna keep fighting the OPenis ring of top corps. I don't even know how to respond to the Tartatven bit... that's a contract that soda had worked out before we even remade ToP... The only time TSO gave us a district was from FA, devin gave me a district and then attacked it with 450 on the same day to take it back. (for the lols I can only assume) Anyways this is ridiculous, were giving away districts here not arguing ancient history. Didn't ask for CA to chime their opinion about it. I'm not 100% on the exact reason behind it (perhaps they just wanted to show Astroya they could hire better ringers than them), but we were asked to take their district because a third party was not able to do so. Giving them another district elsewhere is completely separate to that, I said under the OP that we don't want to keep anyone away from PC and we meant it, were even here for Roman & his mu-la if they get wiped out during x-mas and that's despite all the things hes done to personally betray me, let alone the rest of our corp. Any bulking were doing in pretty well any area of the starmap is entirely coincidental, we don't want full control of ANY planet, rather scattered districts all over MH allowing us to attack anywhere any time appeals to us more. We'll save them a district even if we run out of the 5 were giving away here. Fair enough. My point there is none of us can act like were moral saviors to this game, but that doesn't mean we should try to shoot down the few times you encounter someone genuinely trying to offer help. You already are lol, been some fun matches over the last week or so. What I was saying was you are not at the strongest cap acq has ever been right now, that's not a discredit to you, but to the point of saying what capability did you have to give small corp districts - you've always had that power.
