KAGEHOSHI presents, KAGEHOSHI's "Spirits of Matar" series, by KAGEHOSHI
Highly experimental (oooh!). and never tested (aaah!). Unreasonably expensive (so sexy!). Each prototype fitting is inspirired by one of the tribes of the Minmatar people.
"Vherokior Sanmatar" assault MK.0
The Vherokior are versatile people known for their access to all aspects of Minmatar society. Now, you can have that versatility in battle. This fitting provides a combat rifle with damage modification, E-WAR evasiveness, scanning, and HP from both shields and armor.
"Thukker Stormwalker" assault MK.0
The Thukkers, a nomadic tribe, are scattered throughout the world of New Eden, surviving through self-sufficiency and skill as much as possible in the wastelands of space. Now you can have the speed and survivability that the nomad in you craves with low delay shield HP, sprint speed, and nanohives to replenish your mass driver and SMG.
"Sebiestor Vigil" assault MK.0
Widely respected as being among the most innovative thinkers of the cluster, the Sebiestor are an ingenious people with a natural fondness for engineering. You too can possess the tribe's genius genius insight with a fit optimized for detection of other medium frames with great range, even ones using a complex dampener. Once spotted, you can tear through enemy armor using your damage-modified assault combat rifle, and flaylock pistol.
"Krusual Valklear" assault MK.0
The Krusual tribe is sly and cunning, shrouding its ways in lies and secrecy. Now you too can operate in secrecy with this double dampened fit, and spread disorder on the battlefield using the assault mass driver. This fit poseseses and SMG as backup, and nanohives for replenishing ammo.
"Brutor Warlord" assault MK.0
The Brutor are a martial people who live regimented, disciplined lives. Nefantar are Amarr collaborators, and part of the Empire, so I am certain they would simply use an Amarr dropsuit and weapons.

The Nefantar tribe collaborated with the Amarr Empire during the invasion of the Minmatar worlds, but it was revealed that the Nefantar sided with the Amarr on orders from the Minmatar Elders, and used their semi-autonomous position in the Amarr Empire (known as the Ammatar Mandate) to save the Starkmanir tribe from certain destruction. The name Nefantar has now been reclaimed by Ammatar defectors returning to the Minmatar Republic. This fit expresses the mixed cultural heritage of Amarr and Minmatar of the Nefantar tribe. Enhanced armor plates provide this fit with a massive buffer of HP at the cost of speed similar to an Amarr dropsuit, and uses an Amarr scrambler pistol in addition to the damage-modified Minmatar combat rifle for taking down both shields and armor. This fit also utilizes a precision enhancer to keep other assaults detected, a Minmatar locus grenades, and Amarr drop uplinks.
Not adding Starkmanir though since despite being back in the Republic, their culture and heritage have been completely destroyed by the Amarr, so there's not really much to go on to make a fit for them

Maybe you could do something for the other races? I'd love to see Caldari.
I don't think I would know how to go about that. I know how to properly shield tank, but I don't know how the megacorps of the Caldari State translate into fittings. The State is basically a collection of corporations, and those corporations have their own realms of business, and political views, but I don't think that's enough personality to make varying fits on. It's easy to do Minmatar because the tribes are each so distinct.

Made a standard Nefantar fit with my Minmatar Quafe assualt. It's fairly effective.
-Assault combat rifle
-Templar scrambler pistol
-Advanced flux drop uplink
-Complex precision mod
-Complex light damage mod
-Enhanced armor plate
-Enhanced? (I don't remember what tier) reactive plate
