You realise that Skinweave are militia, right? Thus they are based on and worse than the basic frames not the specialist frames.

They shouldn't be anything more than militia, no. You didn't have to buy them, and they weren't all that expensive and you knew they were militia when you bought them.
If they looked cool, I'd use them for my warbarge suit, or as my pseudo-pilot suit.

Uh yes. They were sold as they are: MLT suit BPOs.
What are you asking? I also have all of them, I rarely use them because I also have STD BPOs or otherwise use specialist suits for the bonuses.
