Definitely frustrating, CCP Frame has indicated in another thread that they are having hardware issues. They thought they had pinned them down and addressed them, but obviously not.

But DUST is being run as an entertainment service and this is prolly the peak playtime opportunity for their very loyal customer base, many of whom continue to spend money on this game based soley on A) their faith in/trust of/goodwill towards CCP or B) their ignorance. The problem went on for some time with little to no feedback from CCP. Like so many things concerning DUST/Legion, one is left to wonder why.
