I demand the following passives:
Shotgun Protection +10% per level
RE resistance +20% per level
Swimming +20% per level (Needed, to swim through the tears. Not everyone is invited to ride in #RomansBoat)
Heavies have been discriminated in DUST for top long, we deserve a buff.

Yeah, can we also get a buff to the HMG.
Lower the heat build up to 14 and buff the range to 50 meters. It's hard enough to fast/tank scouts. Not to mention OPassaults killing me from 100+meters away with assault rifles.

Basic Heavy Frames should have a 50% bonus to armor plates and a 60% bonus to Rail Rifle range and damage.

Don't forget the 10% per level hmg damage.
oh and increase thier speed by 2m/s.
Look at thier regen, and make it double.
