how do you do that without being off your face? I'm not normally one to feel sorry for people but seriously.....

that would be a sure sign there was a serious problem with lag
I was shooting a guy to day at point blank range and nothing was happening and all of the sudden everything teleported to a different position, (i totally changed position and so did everything else) |

nope he just had really bad aim, he was behind me so i couldn't see him move but he missed a few shots, i turned around he started to strafe and fire shots, no lag whatsoever, he was in pro mk0 scout with no health modules so he melted very very quickly.
