While there will always be some tweaking to do, I think that the rifles are approaching a stage of perfect imbalance. As a result, there are more threads with people complaining about the rifles that they don't use. While annoying, I think it is a sign of good things. We're in a much better place when people are willing to swear by one weapon and swear against another, compared to when everyone is happy with the same thing. I do see a few more BAR's than most things but I'm not really sure if it's all THAT much better rather than a lot of people "heard it's the best" so they run it. Give us the choice to add optical sites if you want to improve the Scrambler rifle anymore. It's unfair that the Tactical Plasma Rifle has a scope but the Scrambler doesn't. And trust me, that scope makes a difference, especially if you had a charge shot ability. CCP holds the Caldari's hand so this doesn't happen again.

They have a higher muzzle velocity then the mk108 and should be ripping wings off with a single hit. But one .50 hits you and you just catch fire with no chance of putting it out.
