Gallente Scout Bonus: +5% bonus to dropsuit scan radius and 5% reduction to scan profile per level
However in the skill description says 2% precision and 3% profile
I take it got nerfed |

Not nerfed, changed. This update was reported on and was released on March 25th.
I'd like to point out the Gallente scout is still the best scout for dampening.

Thanks for the answer,
I really wanted the extra radius and 5% and not 3%,
I might be better of with a min scout, I will skill into both, try both
and then do the respec I have been planning to do anyway |

You may be the only person ever to think you might do better in a Minja than a Gal Scout, but that is just your inexperience showing. Don't worry, you will learn.
The Dampening bonus, plus the superior number of Low Slots makes the Gal Scout the most versatile scout, and to this point, the easiest to run going on multiple years.

Ok, then yes, the Minja is the more fun of the scout suits.
So long as you are ok with dying a lot to have that fun.

To be honest, my experience with running a Gallente scout results in me dying a lot as well.
And I will say, on my own experience again, that I have had more of a thrill hacking points and knifing people with my Tiger scout than I have had with my Gallente scout variants. Even though it comes with similar frustration at times.
