To the lunatics that stomp bush in all proto AT ALL TIMES! No one is trying to catch you. In fact most get there bpo out when they see you. I know I do. I die once, and wait it out for a cool 160k. I don't want to compete for leaderboard placing. You're so high up there that I don't think anyone really cares. Some may, but that's just my opinion. I don't look at the board, and say to myself "I want to catch him"?! It's insane. For your groupies that have you thinking you walk on water, I would distance myself from anyone who spends their time idolizing me on a video game?!
I've heard the losers that rant on about kd. It's nauseating?! To each is own I say, but please let my ears breathe. This is why I never put the squad on public.
Sorry if this seems misled, but ffs some of you are pushing the borderlines of.... well you know.... "playing for the wrong team" if you will. On and on about a guy is questionable at the least.

Alot of the beauty of this game is the challenge. Those games that come down to just a few clones are great and the losses make the wins that much sweeter.
So how the hell do these guys get any enjoyment out of this game simply stomping day in day out? I get it, you guys are good and thats whatever, but doesn't it get old? I would get so bored wearing the same fit, using the same weapon and just repeatedly steamrolling the poor randoms.
When alls said and done, i just go isk positive and call it a day. |

What do you have against death card? The fact that we do it well in advanced gear with no added advantages? Surely we must have proto so why don't we stomp? Have we earned someone's respect, or hate? Nobody cares honestly. Nobody care who uses what, it doesn't matter. If a team loses and the other team is using proto, nobody important(with a brain) sits around thinking "those guys are scrubs, they were using proto/adv/std/milita gear." AFKing is more of an issue in matches these days, than anything, as well as boosting.
Breh, you could've just ignored my first post. You would've looked like less of an ignoramus. If it makes you feel any better I personally believe that death card is a group of decent players, it doesn't matter cause it's a video game so it's nothing to get mad about, or prideful about honestly.

While I am flattered that whole squads of big name corps feel the need to go proto when they see us. I feel the need to ask why? I'm no slayer?! No 6.0 kd here, but for whatever reason when I'm on my alt that has no tag those same squads run bpos?
This post was not about me, or anyone in particular. It was addressing one of the many epidemics in the game that "I" feel have an epic outcome on the playerbase and why it's so darn small.
No I don't run proto often, but have my reasons. It's not that I can't. I just don't see a need when there's not so much as one solid squad opposite my team. It's is ridiculous to stomp a man that's already down. Some of these guys have less than 3 million sp, and are no more of a threat to you or me than an ant under a boot. Yet some of these guys feel the need to be q synced in PC gear for guys in basic suits. It's no wonder new players don't stay.
Also, to me the payouts are far too low to run proto all day. That's just my opinion. Wanna make sure it's cool with the forum gustapo if i express it.

Whenever the enemy goes full proto i go proto and lose like 800k isk even tho I only have like 500k isk to my name.

Actually I can vouch for Powerh8er. He is a good player and I have noticed he switches down against 'noobs and casuals' and upgrades vs better teams.
I for one find that very commendable.
People can do as they please to be honest, I am sure we have all bitched about being stomped but it is the game. The sooner you come to accept the reality of the game the more enjoyment you will get out of it.

Now that is not to say that matchmaking is good as it is pretty terrible as I am sure most will attest to.

exactly this, it's so simple to understand too.
I know it's not much of an achievement as a lot of people have multiple proto suits but I finally found it in myself
to save up SP for Amarr Proto Assault, normally I feel like I HAVE to spend the SP, just can't help it.
So if I can afford it (can't right now) I will be stomping with that suit constantly, and (to the OP) you will all have to put up with it or
(shock horror) get your own proto suit! I don't give a **** who's wearing what against me and people who run Ambush with proto aren't desperately trying to climb up the leaderboards. They just like to wear the most powerful stuff to feel the most powerful and like Ambush because it's fast-paced team deathmatch
At least it is until someone puts down a hive and your entire team is forced to spawn there (I know the hive will run out but it's easy farming and camping for the other team)
TL;DR, DUST is a grind, and nobody is playing to impress anyone other than themselves (i like to think)

yeh power is good, much rage has been sent his way from me! He likes to come up behind you though and avoid a lot of 1v1s I've noticed.
I remember one time though he had to upgrade AV and pulled out PRO FG and PRO sentinel, only to get blapped by a Gastun's forge from god knows where!
There's always somebody somewhere who's better, has more HP or in this case, a bigger gun 
I did also headshot him across buildings with a Symb's, he got me with the next Guristas though, should have dropped down instead of being cocky but there we go.

Have 4 proto suits. Going on a proto rampage til I'm flat broke since that's what everyone thinks is the answer. Hitting every match regardless of teams with proto. Your basic suit is getting some boundless hmg love. F it
