They kinda are when you can't make use of something that was installed to enhance the gaming experience , you get them more frequently then other salvage that one could actually use or sell and you can't make use of it without a sizable monetary contribution compared to the amount owned by a person .
Kinda breaks the game when you can't make use of something that was suppose to be a bonus , I mean NO use without funds spent .
It's not being used to it's full potential , not even from a marketing standpoint because your just not going to get the people to " pony up " considering how much you have to spend and the amount one owns , it's just not going to happen .
Priced out of play and unusable to meet it's potential and the possibilities there of / in .
Kinda seems like no thought was made behind this besides money and that wasn't even thought out well .
No offense to anyone involved but it's the truth .

True , more random keys would help .
Or missions that would allow one to obtain a key like instead of activating three boosters , so to say ... one could accomplish three said missions for a key .
I know why there doing booster related missions but missions to obtain keys would be more useful or give keys as random salvage while playing factional and only factional .
Being fair about the salvage rate .
That would be great for factional , the LP store and the game in-general .
