The reason you see a lot of latinos is because of the money exchange rate. PS4 and Xbox are paid services plus their machines are expensive where as the ps3 is now affordable. The latinos has always been there but what you are seeing is a migration of the "haves" to newer machines while the "have less" staying with what they currently have until prices come down.

There is another factor that people don't consider and that is a cultural attitude ingrained in people's well...DNA for lack of a better word. When i play with the northern folks I notice that they tend to be easier going, quieter and calmer. they also follow instructions better. Hispanics on the other hand are hot tempered. We are very chatty and easy to get riled up. So, you can imagine that in the heat of the battle where things are going bad there is a lot of chatter in the channel and hot tempers going off the scale. a short summary would be that a northerner or European descendant given a challenge would say yes, we can do it where as the latino guy would say yes "I" can do it and goes full frontal at the task. Another analogy would be that Latinos are like a light switch. They are calm or full on rage where as the European decedents are more like a light dimmer as in I'm calm, annoyed, mad, furious, I'm going to kill you. Of course this depend on the region too soo...

This difference in behavior has some influence in the battle field.
