Fix this, CCP. Actually, Minmatar Assaults are the FOTM now, and with a good reason since they are an Excellent yet balanced suit. Strafing might be slightly broken still... The AR is hardly the new FOTM, it might be super powerful with a Gk.0 assault...But i can Defeat any AR 1 vs 1 with my SCR rifle...At longer ranges with a RR (and sometimes even at close range) and 100% with a Combat rifle... So no/ Amarr Logi, Scout, Assault , Sentinel and soon Commando. Check MY loyalty Empress o7

I switched to my cheap C-1 with a militia AR and mopped the floor with him several times... but yeah it's totally balanced right now.

Makes me want to drop kick kittens... I'd be more upset that no one on my team was running AV then the heavy running around in a LAV. One swarm/forge/tank and all the LAV heavies are going to get stranded and die in the open when they bail from the burning wreck of their LAV.

BAR > Caldari I pull out my Pro 5 AR's the moment I see a Caldari on the field. Otherwise the Cal Scouts and Assaults will dominate. 4 Cal Scouts will win regardless as it matters not what weapon they use... they are the true FOTM. I switched to my cheap C-1 with a militia AR and mopped the floor with him several times... but yeah it's totally balanced right now. BAR > Caldari I pull out my Pro 5 AR's the moment I see a Caldari on the field. Otherwise the Cal Scouts and Assaults will dominate. 4 Cal Scouts will win regardless as it matters not what weapon they use... they are the true FOTM. They only fear AR's... That's all well and good but I respecced to use only minmitar weapons before Rattatai started going slap happy with buffing ARs. You say BAR > Caldari but currently BAR > any medium fit you fire at it. And like I said, me using a militia AR I can outperform my sixkin right now even on armor tanks.

I really would've preferred to keep it at 18 shots per mag, 20 max. But Rattati went with 24. Too early to say it's OP. Let's just give it time. Set your goals high, and shoot for the moon; even if you miss you'll land amongst the stars.
