No, it does not justify it. It's the easiest and most effective sidearm right now, it kills so fast it's actually funny.

It is in no way as easy or effective as the breach scrambler pistol - which also has a higher magazine size. Quit ****ing whining.
So your response to someone disagreeing with you about something is "quit ****ing whining", I now have no respect for you.
I've been testing the bolt pistol since yesterday (I didn't have internet for 3 months, so first time using it since before the rebalancing), and that thing is for all intents and purposes a close range version of the sniper rifle. I have killed medium suits in a mere 2 shots faster than they could even react, yet you say it's balanced because a scrambler pistol has a bigger magazine? lol.
I miss the old 6 shot magazine bolt pistol, it wasn't as popular because other sidearms did better at close range, but it was still very good and very fun at slightly higher ranges.

That said I'm pretty sure you missed the op fotm bolt pistol which would have really made you cry.
But hey, whine harder.
You can take your finger off the trigger and cancel the charge before it fires if your shot is no longer lined up, so no need for commitment.
The low ROF makes it very easy to correctly line up a shot, so not being able to "spray and pray" is not an issue.
I have no problem getting bolt pistol kills with just hipfire, aiming down sight is not a necessity.
If you think it requires so much skill, you just must not be as good as you think.
I am aware your pocket sniper rifle used to be even worse, so what?
You say I'm whining, but you're only here to whine about my comments, which is kind of cute. You're like an aggressively defensive child
