(Correct me if I'm wrong please) This would take the weapon back down to Earth without nerfing it so much that it is useless.

CCP it's been long enough, change the Bolt Pistol already so that it's a reasonable weapon that requires users to skill into it.

Except for the Sight, The range, less clip and the fact it has spool time.

Its a sidea arm.

Its balanced. You know when something is broken when every FOTM tryhard uses it...And dont see any Mk.0 Assaults with Bolt pistols yet...

You're right, the bolt pistol has a bettter scope, a reasonable range, the same clip size....., and yeah the sniper doesn't have a spool time you just have to sit down and wait about a second weird how it works really almost like an artificial spool up time...., and yes it is a sidearm, so you get to have a sniper without the scope taking up the whole screen in your back pocket after you already have a primary weapon equipped. And it is not balanced...
