So like from a background, nanites practically run the whole mercenary-war machine. They are the ammo, the armor reps, the decomposing bodies, the suits, etc.
Why can't we apply nanites as consumables? Nanohives have a set nanite capacity so why couldn't dropsuits? Imagine: A little bar to the right beneath your minimap; your nanite-count bar. You kill an enemy and before his body can be broken down but after the clone is terminated, you collect X amount of nanites. You have two options at this point; so you go to your equipment wheel and press down on the left thumbstick and it brings up your two nanite options: Repair armor and replenish ammo.
But the "spare" nanite capacity is very limited, meaning you won't repair a whole lot of armor, maybe 45 points, nor get more than a standard clip's worth. You really don't have much to work with but it's for those emergency situations and especially useful on Caldari suits when their little amount of armor is damaged.
All suits should have the same nanite capacity because a bias on nanite count would be unbalanced. Even though considering the Logistics suit, the internal nanite ability would be more of a SlayLogi use and nobody needs killer bees again.

Ye or ne? "Let's suggest something that sounds like it should be logistics exclusive, then say logistics shouldn't accel at it or even have it."
Lol. No.
This is yet another suggestion that negates the need for team support. As well a further lowering the need for logistics as a class.

You are correct, logistics shouldn't excel at it, but they'd still have it. And we are talking marginal use and marginal gains from use so it's not going to fuckin topple the pillars of all that is good and holy.
Secondly, why would the logistics deserve exclusive nanite powers like that, when I specified it's use would be solely for self gains? Wouldn't the logistics rather have an extroverted oriented ability, instead of some self-help device?

I like this. Logis should be the ones that get the most count though

AhGǪ I am not sure I would be comfortable using someone elseGÇÖs NanitesGǪ I donGÇÖt know where they have beenGǪ
I can't help thinking it would be like getting Crabs... mechanical Crabs... and what if they carry a virus?

the equipment is constructed by nanites. it isn't made of nanites so you don't actually carry any around with you aside those that eat you when you are dead and you can't take those because they are fundamental to removing unnecessary corpses.
besides what you suggest is removing some of the need for logis on the battlefield. if everyone could repair/restock after a kill then what would be the point of logistics.
we already have what you ask for in the form of triage/restock hives. carry 1 with you and you don't need this idea or be on comms and ask a logistics for help. thats what we are there for

Secondly, why would the logistics deserve exclusive nanite powers like that, when I specified it's use would be solely for self gains? Wouldn't the logistics rather have an extroverted oriented ability, instead of some self-help device? 1)See:Cal logistics bonuses.(increased clusters and amout refilled)
2) Equipment uses nanites.(see:rep tool, hives, injectors) -I don't ever recall seeing a RR that fires nanites, have you? -How about an HMG? -A shotgun?
3)Use as self help means it can be used to restock deployables not just health.
4)Logistics are the 'mage' class and nanites are the 'mana',why should a warrior (assault) or a rogue (scout) get mana when mages need it?
5)"Marginal" depends on who's using it,for example: -An assault or a sent with 1k eHP. -A scout or a logistics with <300 eHP.
Tell me,which one gets more from 10%? 30 vs 100,that doesn't seem "marginal" to me.

I think terminated should MEAN terminated. I don't want people bringing themselves back to life. I am fine with nanite nachos but you must already be alive in order to use it...
