That "laser focused" reference is irrelevant in regards to CCP Rattati.
That reference came about during Dust's previous development leadership. This was way before Rattati took control of development.

That makes no sense. A title of a game doesn't imply a certain clause being kept, whether old or new. And since you didn't reference the source of this clause, I only have your word for it.
