Hi all,
Umm I contacted support about an isk bug on the market when selling assets.
They confirmed with me it was indeed an error and they are trying to fix it.
The issue is when selling anything on the market it will say you get a certain amount when selling and look at your new wallet balance before selling and you will see that after selling and then going to your actual wallet you received an amount far less that what the item sold for.
For example I sold 3 bons officer grade shotguns for around 105k isk and after checking my wallet i only received 74k isk.
Now I though it was maybe just officer grade weapons so i tried equipment, other weapons proto type, advanced, standard, high mods and low mods, even vehichles it seems every item in the market sells for a price and that price is not what gets put into your wallet.
I know you are aware of this dust was just wondering a few things, since this was happening since the start or launch of the player assets market which has been a while now since it came out, are you planning on returning all the isk for the items that should have been, back to the players that have sold assets since the start of the market for selling assets?
I mean I have sold thousands of items on the market since the launch and I am sure a big amount of isk is owed to me and many other players.
Also since this has been an issue for so long can we maybe get a progress update on this issue from you guys?
If no isk will be returned I understand as that is probably a huge amount of sales that has happened since the launch of the player vendor market.
Would just really appreciate an update and a few answers to my questions tks a million!

Well dust i did a little math and it seems around 33% is missing in my wallet and friends as well from every sale we have ever made on the market. I did not realize till now thats alot and we all want our isk back that is me and my friends at least. A huge amount is owed please pay up soon and fix this annoying bug! Its been way too long! Why have a selling market if it dont even pay out properly? |

Anyone have any idea when this will be fixed and isk rembursed? As far as support told me they are working on it but no dates yet :( i hope soon :)
Also i noticed this problem occurs on battle payouts as well. After battle screen shows i earned 310,000 isk then checking wallet only like 250,000 - 260,000 isk instead of 310,000 isk like end of battle screen says.
Not sure if you are aware of that bug but just letting you know as well. |

To answer your 3rd post though, the payout might be lower because of the corporation tax that your corporation has set. The ISK rewarded will be displayed as 1) the ISK you personally get, 2) the ISK automatically given to your corporation via corporation tax, and 3) the total of those 2.
Checking your corporation, it looks like there is a tax of 4% as of this writing. This means when you win a total of 310,000 ISK, 12,400 of that goes to your corporation, and your actual earnings are 297,600 ISK. I also keep a constant check of my wallet and I have always received the correct amount. Maybe it's that?
In regards to your OP, I'll also check the market sell back prices and attempt to sell some items to see if it is actually giving me back the correct amount listed.

Tks i tried explaining it as best as i could.
The after battle payouts seem to be back to normal.
As for selling items on the market there is still a bug there :(
