That depends. I doubt many with want to because as Dusters we offer no benefits to them. It might be you merge with an established alliance.

Do what I will be doing.
Join a alliance and advertise to the right people. You will have an easier time recruiting as I recruit for the State while you have a more... diverse group to advertise to.
Also should any of you be wondering about my corporation's name, it's pronounced Cal-May-O-Tea :p
These may be my final days, but I will live as I would any other day

if you are not eve side you need a vet pilot. you wont be able to handle eve noobs your not playing the right game.
aside from that. what does your corp have that would get a vet like myself to join. im actully asking because im looking for a new course in eve and all the offers of wh space dont appeal with only one active account.

Take this advice, as an ex egger (soon to be again egger) I'd not join a dust corp unless I'd be getting something from it.
Which as of now is nothing. (And I'm in a corp anyway.)

You need a reason for them to join. I play EvE and have done for years and EvE players will not join a random corp they don't know anything about.

If you are talking about advertising your Corp in local, you might be able to use someone's recruitment code to get a 21 day trial account. 3 weeks of recruitment should help you get your Corp off the ground.
Just be careful flying to Atai, as you have to fly through Low Security space to get there.
Edit:
We really need an Opt Out Recruitment channel that you automatically join whenever you end up in an NPC Corp, but one you can close if you don't need it, or join manually if you want to recruit people.
Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else there is the Learning Coalition.
